What is PT? What do we do? Why is it important? 10-15minutes
Lifting Techniques- how to lift? why good form is important? different techniques? alternative options and when to use them? 25-30 minutes
Break- walk to Lifeskills
6 stations (passport card to get stamped)- chairs, ARJO lift, Gait/belts/trainers, Standers, Exercises, Transitional movements
plan for each station 15-20 minutes (depends on time then switch to go through each station.)
This is a hands on training with lots of different equipment to try and to practice good form with each other.
